Wolkite Elder’s Rehabilitation Centre

More than 220 elders supported in Wolkite Elder’s Rehabilitation center ,
​they get meal two times per week, need based health care service, hygiene and sanitation and recreation service.

Women Promotion

There are three women promotion activities coordinated by religious sisters and two coordinated
by ECC-SDCO/Em office focused on IGA activities by providing
​revolving fund and supporting girls in the school to enhance the participation and academic achievement.

A CHANCE IN LIFE Project

Designed for young PEOPLE TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE IN LIFE to be disciplined and responsible citizens through Education and functional skills.
The project provide a chance in life to:-
      - Empower the children with academic & vocational training skills for their future self-reliance.
    - Restore the deteriorated hopes and aspiration of the less advantaged beneficiaries through counselings and guidance seminars and workshops​​

Key pillars of Intervention

Integrated Support for High School Disadvantaged Girls

This project supporting 100 Girls who are between 14 to 18 age who are walking long distances to their middle school and high school. The support include school fee, food and accommodation support, transport, distribution of sanitary pad and mini library service.

Integrated support for Orphan and Vulnerable Children support

​The project is helping 200 OVC for better and self-reliant citizen by providing foods, cloth, follow up on their health, sanitation materials, Education, counselings and Entertainments and creating access for IGA through providing startup capital for their Guardians.

Rehabilitate 100 physically challenged Girls and Boys to help themselves and develop self-reliance

The project Rehabilitating 100 Physically challenged Girls and Boys ​to help themselves and develop self-reliance through creating access to Primary and secondary training ,vocational training, collage and university with its Educational institutions Integrated Academy project, provide entrepreneurship and business development training for beneficiaries to start small scale business, Educational and Hygiene and sanitation material, cover their school fee and house rent , facilitate mini media for awareness creation to HIV/AIDS and organising psycho social support, short term skill training seminars and workshops for beneficiaries (special talent training, business start-up, Banana art).
